Tracking of operator intervention during inspection
Some of the buttons in the inspection screen are used to track the operator’s intervention during inspection. If 1 of the following buttons is used during inspection, this action will be tracked in the inspection report.
When the EyeC ProofRunner system is used with a Rewinder, the software warns you of significant deviations between the proof and the printed item during the inspection process. The EyeC ProofRunner software also allows you to accept these deviations or to remove defective material.
The EyeC ProofRunner software automatically stops the machine once a suspicious area is found.

Click Accept to mark a suspicious area as accepted.
→ This action is automatically added to the inspection report. In the Flawed repeat viewing tab, the color of the frame around the area changes to green. -
To report the exchanging of a defective label, click the Replaced
defect button.
