  In the inspection screen the user can switch between different views to monitor and/or adjust the actual inspection. The general user interface layout can be divided into 5 parts.

  The following buttons and menu items are relevant for the inspection process. When applicable, corresponding shortcuts are listed.

  - Tracking of operator intervention during inspection
    Some of the buttons in the inspection screen are used to track the operator’s intervention during inspection. If 1 of the following buttons is used during inspection, this action will be tracked in the inspection report.
  - Stopping and restarting the machine
  - Pausing and resuming the inspection
- Recording actions for the inspection report
- Ending the inspection and creating a report

Selecting suspicious areas

After the learning phase the main inspection process starts. The EyeC ProofRunner software starts to compare the printed items to the defined reference image. Deviations between the reference image and the inspected production samples are marked as suspicious areas.

In the Flawed repeat viewing tab, click any of the framed areas on the left.
The suspicious areas appear in detail in the frame to the right.
In the Gallery viewing tab, click any suspicious areas from the gallery.
The suspicious areas appear in detail in the frame to the right of the gallery.
