The Quality Link software

The Quality Link software guides you through the entire inspection and handling process. This allows you to avoid errors and always deliver the best possible quality. All necessary steps are explained in this chapter.

The Quality Link software consists of 3 components:

  • EyeC ProofRunner with Quality Link-interface

  • Quality Manager

  • Finishing Manager

All 3 components are designed to ensure a uniform workflow from inspection on the print machine to the completion of the product.

EyeC ProofRunner with Quality Link interface

The EyeC ProofRunner system inspects your printed products on the print machine, already allowing for the evaluation of individual defects. The results of the EyeC ProofRunner inspection are then saved in a database and can at any point be retrieved for further processing.

Quality Manager

The Quality Manager clearly displays the inspection results so that a qualified person can evaluate the results.

Finishing Manager

The Finishing Manager supports the user at the print finishing machine by entering the specific barcode of the print roll to reach the defective areas in a targeted manner and defective sections of the print reel can be exchanged or sorted out.
