Synchronizing the roll

  1. Search for the barcode or marking in the Finishing Manager and select it.
  2. Press the Sync button to sync the belt with the inspection results. Synchronization button
    Note:
    The barcode or the marker is the synchronization point of the roll. Synchronize the roll with the inspection at this point with the Sync button!
    The following message appears:

  3. Confirm the synchronization. You can cancel it at any time if you selected the wrong position.
  4. After synchronization, start the machine by clicking on the Start button. Run button
  5. The machine runs until the first error:
    • If the error is significant, replace the concerning label and press the button. Set item replaced button
    • If the error is not significant, approve the label as “good” and press the Good button. Good button
  6. To restart the machine after a replacement or approval, press the Start button again. Run button
