Data Matrix inspection

The EyeC Proofiler offers Data Matrix inspection as an additional option. EyeC Proofiler automatically identifies and locates all Data Matrix symbols (as defined in ISO/ IEC 16022) on your print sample and inspects each particular Data Matrix code. The EyeC Proofiler software then grades the Data Matrix code in accordance with ISO/ IEC 15415:2011.

If the Data Matrix symbols do not meet your pre-defined criteria, they are displayed as defects. In addition, a Data Matrix report can be automatically generated, with statistics for each Data Matrix symbol.
