Turning on and off EyeC ProofRunner software and system components

Switching on and connecting the system and turning on the system components

In the standard mode of operation, the EyeC ProofRunner system, that is, camera system, computer, and software, start automatically when the print machine is powered on.

A manual start of the system is possible.
  1. Plug the power cord of the camera system, computer, and monitor into the wall socket.
  2. Turn on the computer and the monitor. If the software does not automatically come up, double-click the EyeC ProofRunner icon to start the software.

Turning off the software

In the standard mode of operation, the software automatically turns off when the print machine is turned off.

A manual shutdown is possible.
  1. To close the software, go to the top right corner of the screen and click Close.

Turning off the system components

  1. To turn off the computer, go to Start menu > Shut down.

  2. Turn off the monitor.
