Software Service Agreement

You have the option to purchase a so-called Software Service Agreement with your EyeC ProofRunner system. This allows you to always keep your system up to date and achieve the best possible performance with the system. Ask your EyeC service partner about this option.

30 days before expiration of the service contract, your EyeC ProofRunner system will remind you that the contract is about to expire. This gives you enough time to extend the contract. The message appears when you start the system and is also displayed in the menu bar at the top right. Inform the person who is responsible for renewing the contract.
