Turning on the system components

Note:
Always turn on the scanner before turning on the computer.
  1. Turn on the scanner.
  2. Turn on the computer and the monitor.

Starting the software

Usually, the EyeC Proofiler software is automatically started together with the computer.

  1. To start the software manually, double-click on the EyeC Proofiler icon.

Turning off the software

There are several ways to exit the EyeC Proofiler software:

  • Use the shortcut [ALT] + [F4].

  • Go to the menu bar and select File > Exit. If the menu bar is not displayed, press [F4]. This switches from full screen to default mode.

  • Optional: In default mode, that is, not full screen, click on the Close symbol in the upper right-hand corner of EyeC Proofiler user interface.

Turning off the system components

  1. To turn off the computer, go to Start menu > Shut down.

  2. Turn off the monitor.

  3. Turn off the scanner.
