Backup of the system and archiving the database
In the event of a hardware defect, parts can be replaced by the manufacturer of the hardware (such as a hard disk or other components), which can lead to a loss of data. Therefore, make sure to back up this machine and its data regularly.
EyeC or the manufacturer of the components is not responsible for such backups. The user of this machine is solely responsible for making regular backups of this machine. EyeC offers a backup solution and provides assistance if you have any questions about how to perform a backup. Please contact your EyeC Service in these cases.

The storage capacity of a database is limited.
Once the EyeC Proofiler database has reached its full storage capacity,
there is a risk that the database can no longer be archived.
If you use the EyeC Proofiler database, make sure that the QC Manager
archives the database regularly. Depending on the effort involved, weekly or
monthly archiving is advisable.
