The EyeC ProofRunner system

Intended use

EyeC ProofRunner must only be used for its intended use. For this product, that is defined as follows:

"EyeC ProofRunner is an inline inspection system designed to verify content of printed items and artwork during the printing process. The EyeC ProofRunner helps you ensure and enforce a precisely defined quality standard across the entire production chain. It digitally compares printed items and artwork files to a reference image. Significant deviations between a sample image and the reference image are brought to the operator’s attention."

The EyeC ProofRunner even provides a record of all processes completed during inspection: from evaluating every suspicious area to discharging defective cartons.

The inspection takes just 3 easy steps:

1. Acquiring a reference image and determining the inspection area.

2. Automatically inspecting and evaluating the result.

3. Creating 1 or more reports.
